20 Questions You Must Ask a Realtor
Before You Hire Them
!

1.   Do you have a professional, up to date marketing plan designed for attract today's savvy real estate buyers?

2.   Will you provide me with a Professional Market Analysis (CMA) of my home?

Answer:  Yes, After thorough research of comparable properties that are on the market, pending sales and sold homes Jess and Julie will generate a Full Color Computer Market Analysis showing you each comparable property individually with photos and detailed home amenities so you can get a sense of exactly what the competition is doing.  It makes it easy for arriving at the correct price range.

3.   Do you have a Resume?

4.   Are you full time career real estate agents?

Yes, and both have been for 20 years.

           Yes.  Since we are displaying your home to thousands of real estate agents in the multiple listing service database it is critical to have your information correct.  Sloppy listing input can be deadly to a listing.  We once re listed a property that had been listed with another company after a year of no success.  We discovered the location information was incorrect.  Once we listed it correctly we had it sold in 30 days!  It is also critical to having interior and exterior photos also displayed to give you maximum exposure.  

7.  How do you promote my listing to Agents in my area?

Jess & Julie utilize a service to promote your home every single agent in the area.  This promotion includes interior and exterior photos and showcases your home and highlights your features to increase the number of showings and get your home sold.

The term Realtor is a trademark name used by the Associations.  Only dues paying members are Realtors, everyone else is just an "agent".
